Android 10 Fix Keyboard Dead Space on any Oneplus Device

After Android 10 update Oxygen OS 10 most Oneplus user have been reporting issues about Large empty black/white space below keyboard.

Above Image is from the latest OXYGEN OS 10.3.1. This issue can be easily Fixed by ADB with a simple command until Oneplus Rolls out an fix to it.

Prerequisite :

1.A Windows PC.

2.ADB Drivers.

3.Oneplus Device Running Android 10.

Follow Below Guide :

1.Download ADB Drivers.

2.Install .Exe file and Follow the Screen guide.

Type Y to Install ADB and Fastboot
Type Y to Install ADB system Wide
Device Drivers
Type Y to Install Device Drivers
Tap Next in this New windows
After Everything Under Status it Should be READY TO USE

3.Now ADB drivers are Install Successfully.

4.After ADB drivers are Installed a new Folder will be created in C Drive.adb Drivers

5.Open ADB folder and open command Prompt by typing CMD in the address bar.

Type Cmd in the address bar and Hit Enter

6.Command Prompt will pop up.

7.Now Connect Deve to Check if Device is properly Connected in Fastboot mode by Using below Command.

Command : Adb Devices

8.If Device is properly Connect you can see Serial number of you device under list of Device Attached.

9.Now we need to use the command to Remove Dead Space under the Keyboard.

Command : adb shell wm overscan 0,0,0,-100

10.Enjoy Keyboard like Android 9.

11.If you want Default Keyboard , Use below Command.

Command : adb shell wm overscan 0,0,0,0

    it goes back to default setting after a reboot

      hi its because we are using adb cmd
      its a temp fix
