Infinix has released two new smartphones in India today, the Note 12 and Note 12 Turbo, as part of its Note 12 series. The smartphones are low-cost options with amazing specs and features such as an AMOLED display, huge batteries, gaming-centric MediaTek chipsets, and more. Let us look more.
Infinix Note 12 Series: Specifications and Feature
Except for the chipset, storage, and a few other small differences, the Inifinix Note 12 and Note 12 Turbo are nearly identical. Both models use dynamic RAM and leverage unused ROM to provide a better multitasking experience.
In addition, the Note 12 and Note 12 Turbo have the same 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a teardrop notch with a 16MP front lens. Both devices have a triple camera arrangement on the back, with a 50MP primary lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and an AI lens.
However, things are a little different under the hood. The Note 12 Turbo is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 gaming chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, but the vanilla edition is powered by a lower-end MediaTek Helio G88 chipset with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Both variants include a microSD card slot for storage expansion. Furthermore, the Note 12 Turbo has a 10-layer graphene thermal system, whilst the ordinary Note 12 has a 6-layer solution.
Things are the same in the battery department as well. Both variants come with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W rapid charging. Aside from that, there’s a dual-speaker system with DTS support, MediaTek’s Hyper Engine 2.0 gaming suite, and a fingerprint sensor on the side.
