Nothing, a consumer technology company based in London, is scheduled to reveal a Nothing Nothing Phone (1), and it appears that the device’s release is imminent. Nothing Phone (1)
Carl Pei, a former co-founder of OnePlus, founded the Nothing Brand after leaving the company to do so. The Ear (1) TWS earbuds were the company’s debut product, released last year. The brand revealed in March 2022 that a Nothing Phone (1) is in development and will be released this year. Pei claimed that the smartphone would be released in the summer, which led us to believe that it would be released between June and September.
According to the German tabloid, which obtained information from a European dealer, the Nothing Phone (1) will be released on July 21 this year. The outlet couldn’t say whether the date was for the device’s introduction or the first sale of the smartphone.
There is currently no information available regarding the specifications of the phone. However, if the publication’s report is to be believed, the company is planning to offer the Nothing Phone (1) smartphone for around 500 Euros. The price of the phone suggests that it will not be a flagship smartphone.
Nothing Phone (1) could be a smartphone in the mid-range price range. In particular, Pei’s tweet hints that the smartphone will include wireless charging functionality. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset is said to be the processor of the Nothing Phone (1), according to rumours. Nothing OS is most likely to power the smartphone. As the rumoured launch date approaches, we hope to learn more about the smartphone.
