The much-anticipated Nothing Phone (1) is expected to be launched next month on July 12th. The launch date for the new phone has been revealed, as well as the first look at it on an e-commerce website. Still, there’s a lot more to learn about the Nothing Phone (1), especially because the unveiling has been so limited thus far. Now, tipster Mukul Sharma has informed that preorders will begin soon on the Indian e-commerce website Flipkart.

However, after the July 12 launch, the pre-booking fee will be removed from the total price of the phone upon the final purchase. According to the source, the Nothing phone (1) will be available for purchase soon after the debut, most likely around July 18. Pre-booking is expected to be open until July 18.

Nothing Phone (1) Design and Expected Specifications
Nothing Phone (1), like the Nothing earphones, will have a semi-transparent design on the rear that allows you to see the internal components. Aside from that, the Nothing Phone is said to have sleek metallic sides with flat corners, giving it the appearance of an iPhone but with transparent aesthetics.
Nothing’s CEO Carl Pei has already revealed that the company will have its own operating system, NothingOS, which will run on Android 12 out of the box. According to multiple rumours, it will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 CPU and would support both wired and wireless charging. It will have a dual-camera arrangement at the back for photography, however, details have yet to be published.
