OnePlus 7 Pro gets Hydrogen OS 10.0.10 with November security patch & new features for messaging app.
Recently, Now, OnePlus has released Andriod 11 based HydrogenOS 11 Open Beta 4 for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro devices.
The new Beta update also brought October 2020 security patch and fixes some bugs with optimizations. A new feature has also been added which is “Picture-in-picture” which supports the constant light function of the interest screen.
This Canvas feature essentially draws a wireframe picture based on a lock screen photo on your phone. OnePlus has also optimized the animation effect with Canvas, making the unlock experience smoother.
There’s a new software update for the OnePlus 7 Pro users in China. The latest software update is HydrogenOS 10.0.10. It comes with the November 2020 security patch. You can check the complete changelog below:

• Optimized the user experience of the status bar in the call scene to reduce mis-touches
• Fixed small probability crash issue with honor of kings
• Fixed small probability crash issue with Phone app
• Updated Android Security Patch to 2020.11
Message
• Newly added the auto-clean feature for historical messages. Once enabled, it will delete life service messages after 45 days and the verification codes will be removed after 3 days
• The messages can now smartly recognize links and numbers contained in the text. The link can be accessed by one click
• Newly added labeling as important feature for couriers, cards and ticket
Installation Process-
- Copy the ROM upgrade compressed package to the phone storage
- Settings -> System upgrade -> Gear icon in the upper right corner -> Local upgrade -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Upgrade now -> System upgrade completed to 100%
- Select restart
- After restarting, successfully upgrade the latest version.
