OnePlus Launcher 4.4.7 adds support for Freeform Windows

OnePlus Launcher 4.4.7 adds support for Freeform Windows.
OnePlus Launcher is designed to offer Speed, stability, and customizability. This launcher enables you to easily tailor your home screen to your needs. OnePlus Launcher 4.4.7 has some new features which include support for Android’s Freeform windows as well as bringing the new app switcher.
The New App switcher feature is available from the Oneplus launcher 4.4 beta version but now it has come to a stable version.
In the new app switcher, the cards are slightly smaller and there is a small icon beneath the “card-view”.It replaces the instant “close all” button. The overflow menu is removed and to get the different options you need to tap and hold on the card.

One more interesting part of this UI is the scrollable icon strip below the card. Tap any one of them and you’ll switch immediately to that app. One can also tap and drag on the icon row to quickly scroll through all cards. Through this new feature switching between apps has become faster and more efficient.
The second interesting addition is support for Freeform Windows. Freeform windows let you minimize the app to a floating window that you can drag around the screen.
How to get Freeform Windows option
Enable Developer options on your phone (go to Settings -> About phone and tap the Build number repeatedly, then go back to System -> Developer options). Look for the Enable freeform windows toggle and turn it on. Reboot your phone. Now, when you tap and hold on any card in the app switcher, you’ll see a new Freeform option.
OnePlus Launcher 4.4.7 is rolling out on the Play Store, you can download it from there. You can also download it from APK Mirror.

OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro will launch in India on March 19, expanding the company’s Nord audio lineup with new premium features. The upcoming true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds are expected to offer improved sound quality, stronger active noise cancellation, and advanced connectivity options aimed at users looking for an immersive listening experience.
The earbuds will be available in two colour options: Radiant Gray and Raven Black. Once launched, the Nord Buds 4 Pro will be available through Amazon, Flipkart, and the official OnePlus online store, making them easily accessible for buyers across India.
Key Features and Audio Technology
The OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro are expected to feature 12mm titanium-coated drivers, which are designed to deliver deeper bass and clearer sound output. The earbuds will also support Hi-Res Audio with LHDC 5.0 codec, allowing compatible devices to stream higher-quality audio.

Another feature included in the Nord Buds 4 Pro is 3D Spatial Audio, which enhances the listening experience by creating a more immersive soundstage. This technology aims to provide a theatre-like audio effect when watching videos or playing games.
The earbuds are also expected to deliver solid battery performance with extended playback time when used with the charging case. Combined with fast charging support, users may be able to enjoy hours of listening with minimal charging interruptions.
Availability and Expected Impact
With the launch scheduled for March 19, the OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro is positioned to compete in the mid-range TWS segment in India. By combining strong ANC, high-resolution audio support, and modern design, OnePlus appears to be targeting users who want premium features without entering the high-end price bracket.
As competition in the wireless earbuds market continues to grow, the Nord Buds 4 Pro could become a strong contender among affordable premium TWS devices once official pricing details are revealed.

OnePlus 15s vs OnePlus 13s: What Upgrades to Expect
OnePlus 15s vs OnePlus 13s is already becoming a trending discussion among smartphone enthusiasts as leaks suggest that OnePlus is preparing a powerful compact flagship upgrade. The upcoming OnePlus 15s is expected to arrive as the successor to the OnePlus 13s, bringing improvements in performance, battery capacity, camera technology, and durability while maintaining a compact design.
Industry reports suggest that the OnePlus 15s could launch with the latest Snapdragon flagship chipset, making it significantly faster and more efficient than its predecessor.
Performance and Display Improvements
The OnePlus 15s is rumored to feature the next-generation Snapdragon flagship processor, which could offer noticeable improvements in speed, gaming performance, and power efficiency. This upgrade is expected to make multitasking smoother and deliver better thermal management during intensive tasks.
In terms of display, the device may retain a compact screen size of around 6.3 inches with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This combination should provide a sharp viewing experience along with fluid scrolling and gaming performance.
Larger Battery and Faster Charging
Battery life could be one of the most notable upgrades in the OnePlus 15s. Reports indicate that the device might feature a battery capacity of up to 7,500mAh, which would be significantly larger than the battery found in the OnePlus 13s.
The smartphone is also expected to support fast charging technology, possibly around 100W wired charging. This combination could provide longer usage times and faster top-ups, which is especially useful for heavy smartphone users.
Camera and Durability Enhancements

Additionally, the device could come with improved durability features such as IP68 or IP69 water and dust resistance, making it more reliable for everyday usage.
Expected Launch Timeline
Although OnePlus has not officially confirmed the device yet, industry insiders suggest that the OnePlus 15s may debut after the Chinese launch of its counterpart model. If the rumors prove accurate, the smartphone could become one of the most powerful compact flagship devices available.
With improved performance, a massive battery upgrade, and enhanced camera capabilities, the OnePlus 15s is shaping up to be a significant step forward from the OnePlus 13s.
