Oliver Zhang revealed that the OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition will launch in a single 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The device will set you back ₹37,999 in India, £499 in the UK, and €529 in Europe. That’s a minor price bump compared to the vanilla 12GB/256GB OnePlus Nord 2, which currently retails for ₹34,999 in India, £469 in the UK, and €499 in Europe.
Along with the pricing, Zhang revealed additional details about the OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition’s UI improvements. The device will be the first from the company to have a “gamified” user interface with “endless fun and enjoyment from the popular PAC-MAN arcade game,” according to the company. New icons based on the old game, new static and live wallpapers, PAC-MAN-themed animations, the PAC-MAN 256 game, a unique camera filter, and more will be included in the customizations.
Furthermore, the OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition will have a series of challenges that, if accomplished, will grant access to a wealth of exclusive PAC-MAN content. The smartphone will also come with “its own own storey portraying PAC-adventure MAN’s into the OnePlus universe,” according to the company.
The OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition will come with a new “dual film colour, substance, and finish” that incorporates PAC-MAN features into its design. The phone’s back will light in the dark and display the classic PAC-MAN maze. The internals, on the other hand, will not alter.
