Samsung is anticipated to announce two foldable phones, possibly called the Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Flip 4, in addition to the high-end Galaxy S22 series. The two foldable phones have been the subject of numerous rumours, the most recent of which concerns the chipset that would power them.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, Flip 4 Chipset Specifications
The next Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Flip 4 will be powered by the undisclosed Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ SoC, according to renowned leakster Ice Universe. It’s supposed to be an improved version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with improved performance.
I confirm again that Fold4 and Flip4 will use TSMC Snapdragon 8 gen1 plus (SM8475)

However, due to China’s ongoing lockdown, it has recently been suggested that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ launch will be delayed until the second half of 2022. And if Samsung plans to release its next-generation foldable phones in the next months, this information could be incorrect.
However, neither the delay nor the fact that Samsung will utilize the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ Processor in its forthcoming foldable has been confirmed. As a result, these details should be taken with a grain of salt.

Other information on the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 include a larger battery and a larger outside display for the latter. The 4,400mAh battery from the Galaxy Z Fold 3 could be retained in the former. Like the Galaxy S22 Ultra, it’ll probably include a Super UTG display to accommodate the S Pen. It’s possible that the stylus will have its own slot.
