Tecno Spark 5 was launched on Thursday in India for Rs7,999 with Dot-In Display and Quad-Rear Cameras. Tecno is a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings which owns other vendors like Infinix and iTel. Tecno Spark 5 is launched by the company under the budget smartphone segment. It is the first budget phone from the company which has a 13 MP AI quad rear camera setup and a 6.6-inch “Dot-in” display.
Tecno Spark 5 Specifications:
The Tecno Spark 5 features a 6.6-inch HD+ Dot-in Display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio A22 SoC 12nm processor and runs on HiOS 6.1 based on Android 10. It has a quad core CPU with PowerVR GE8320 GPU for gaming.
It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and has a triple slot that supports two SIM cards alongside a microSD card slot. The processor comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Tecno Spark 5 supports dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802 ac, a fingerprint sensor, Face Unlock, and Bluetooth 5.0.
Tecno Spark 5 features a quad camera setup on the rear with a13MP(f/1.8) primary camera, a 2MP sensor for bokeh mode, a 2MP macro lens, and an AI shooter. On the front, there is an 8MP(f/2.0) waterdrop notch selfie camera with dual LED flash.
Tecno Spark 5 Price and Availability:
The Tecno Spark 5 is available in a single variant 2GB RAM+32GB ROM which is priced at Rs. 7,999 in India. The phone is available in two color options- Ice Jadeite and Spark Orange.
The phone is available for purchase on Amazon from May 22 and offline from May 25. The company is offering a one-time screen replacement and one month extended warranty.
