In India, Amazon launched the first Fire TV Stick Lite (along with a new Fire TV Stick) in 2020. Now, about a year and a half later, the tech behemoth has debuted the next-generation Fire TV Stick Lite in the country, complete with a fresh new Alexa Voice Remote Lite. Right now, have a look at the details listed below!

Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite 2022: Specifications and Features

The new Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite is essentially the same device that was launched in September 2020 alongside the standard variant. It supports Full-HD streaming and HDR technologies for a more immersive watching experience. It also has 8GB of onboard storage and, like its predecessor, is powered by a quad-core processor.

The new Alexa Voice Remote Lite, on the other hand, is not the same as the one that came with the 2020 model. The new Alexa Voice Remote Lite, unlike the previous controller device, has specific buttons for opening popular streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Prime Music.

It also contains a blue-colored button with the Alexa logo to summon Alexa, as opposed to the prior remote’s plain button with a mic icon. The new Alexa Voice Remote Lite resembles the Alexa Voice Remote that came with the Fire TV Stick 4K Max last year. Although, compared to the current Alexa Voice Remote Lite, it offers more control buttons. Nonetheless, it supports voice control, allowing users to operate their TVs simply by speaking.

The new Fire TV Stick Lite also comes with Bluetooth 5.0, an HDMI port, a micro-USB port, and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. It also includes features such as content mirroring.
