Apple has just been granted a patent for a new iPhone case which can both house and charge AirPods. Apple was granted the patent by the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office).

According to a PatentlyApple report, Apple has patented a new iPhone case that features built in AirPods receptacle and charger.

Apple has applied for various plans and kinds of cases for the iPhone. Variations of the new charging case can have the AirPods transporter and charging zone found either on the highest point of the gadget, on the back, and even within a flip cover in one specific case.

A model being the variant where the charging segment and AirPods transporter is put on the top, the sides offer away to the pit in which the TWS earbuds are housed.

Moreover, the inner parts of the case can house a magnet, a potential presentation board for the back, interior hardware, a battery pack, and even magnets that help the case. Another rendition has the AirPods charging mount on the back.

One of the adaptations incorporates a flip cover, with the outside segment of the flip having a screen, which shows notices and other basic data.
