BMPS 2023 Grand Finals Day 1: Overall Points Table, Match Winners and Short Overview

The BMPS 2023 Grand Finals kicked off with a bang, and at the end of Day 1 Entity Gaming has emerged as the leader with a whopping 75 points. Close behind, Blind Esports and Team XSpark showed consistent performance in their six matches, securing second and third places with 66 and 64 points, respectively.

Interestingly, none of the top three teams managed to win a Chicken Dinner on the opening day. However, Glitchx Reborn, considered an underdog team, surprised many by taking the fourth spot with 60 points, including one Chicken Dinner.

Team Insane, who topped the BMPS League Stage, ended the day in fifth place with 57 points. Gladiators Esports, known for winning the BGIS, came in sixth with 55 points. 8BitCS and Revenant earned the seventh and eighth spots with 51 and 46 points, respectively. Team Soul had an average day, accumulating only 27 points.

Match 1 – Erangel: 8BitCS had a strong start, securing a 17-point victory. Blind Esports followed with an impressive 21 points, thanks to Nakul’s five kills. Team Insane gathered 16 points with eight eliminations, while Revenant scored 13 points.

Match 2 – Miramar: Gladiators Esports shone in the second game, taking home a 28-point Chicken Dinner. Glitchx Reborn was also impressive with 21 points and nine finishes. Blind Esports and Insane added 15 and 12 points to their tally, respectively.

Match 3 – Sanhok: Glitchx Reborn dominated Sanhok with a 23-point Chicken Dinner. Team XSpark performed well with 18 points, thanks to Sarang’s five kills. 8Bit and Gladiators Esports earned 17 and 12 points, respectively.

Match 4 – Vikendi: Growing Strong clinched their first Chicken Dinner with 18 points. Entity Gaming bounced back, securing 21 points with nine eliminations. Team XSpark and Blind Esports both added 16 points, and Team Soul scored 15 points.

Match 5 – Miramar: Numen Gaming triumphed with 26 points. Revenant improved their game, securing 21 points. Team XSpark continued their good form with 17 points, and Insane took home 12 points.

Match 6 – Erangel: Hydra Officials made a comeback, winning the last game of the day. Entity Gaming added 22 points to their score, while Genxfm earned 19 points.
