Faulty iPhone 15 Delivered in Republic Day Sale Shocks Flipkart Customer

Published

As we know, the Republic Day sale was live on both Amazon and Flipkart. During this sale, a Flipkart user purchased an iPhone 15. But as he received the order and unboxed it, he saw that this was a faulty device with a fake battery. The user has also posted an unboxing video of the phone and the images on his X account.

According to the user, he ordered an iPhone 15 on January 13th and got it after 2 days i.e. on January 15, 2024. The image that was attached to the post showed Unknown Part, unable to determine whether the battery of this iPhone is a genuine Apple part. Along with this, the user has also confirmed that the pull taps are different. Maybe the box was already opened by the Flipkart delivery boy, or this was not an original box.

As we know, the pull tabs of Apple products are made up of paper. If we talk about the Order ID, then the order ID is OD330202240897143100. The user has already commented that he has also visited the Apple Service Center, and they are denying to refund/ replacement of the iPhone.

Flipkart Support has already commented on the post, “We acknowledge your concern related to the order received. We’d like to help. As requested earlier, please share your order ID with us. To make sure that your Flipkart account information is safe, please start a private chat with us by clicking here.”

We have also retweeted the tweet on X. Hopefully, the user’s issue will be resolved as soon as possible. If we get any updates regarding this, then we will update it in this post.

Update: Flipkart has provided replacement to the user.

Does anyone among you guys purchase any smartphones during these sales? If yes, how’s your experience? Do let us know in the comment box. Also, do tell us whether you like this post or not.
