How to Install ColorOS 12 Close beta 6 C.09 & C.10 on Oneplus 8, 8 pro & 8T

The key goals for ColorOS 12 were to make multitasking easier and to increase the legibility of the system. There are things like the Quick Glance cards, widget-like cards that show status information of connected smart devices and offer simple actions with buttons.

ColorOS 12 first CBT file was leaked for Oneplus 8, 8pro, and 8T shortly as the Close beta began, and now files are all over the Internet. Check out the screenshots below from the Oneplus 8 PRO.

ColorOS 12 C.09 & C.10 is now rolling out for Close beta testers of Oneplus 8, 8 pro & 8T with some minor bug fixes & January 2022 Security patch.

We were also able to install ColorOS 12 beta 4 C.09 & C.10 on the Oneplus 8 Series, and users have indicated that ColorOS 12 runs well on the Oneplus 8, 8pro, and 8T. ColorOS 12 on Oneplus 8 pro & 8T users are pleased with the performance, and no serious concerns have been noted.

• Take a backup of your data
• Must be running OxygenOS 11/ColorOS 12 any Close beta

Steps to Install ColorOS 12 close beta 6 C.09 & C.10 on Oneplus 8, 8 pro & 8T

Oneplus 8

• If you are running OxygenOS 11.0.9.9 or above version/ColorOS 12 any Close beta, Just Download the ColorOS 12 CBT 6 and do a local update. Place ColorOS 12 inside internal storage – Go to settings – System update – Tap on Gear icon on the right top corner – Select local update – Select file & wait for Installation to complete

Oneplus 8 pro

• If you are running OxygenOS 11.0.13.13 or above version/ColorOS 12 any Close beta, Just Download the ColorOS 12 CBT 6 and do a local update. Place ColorOS 12 inside internal storage – Go to settings – System update – Tap on Gear icon on the right top corner – Select local update – Select file & wait for Installation to complete

Oneplus 8T 

• If you are running OxygenOS 11.0.12.12 or above version/ColorOS 12 any Close beta, Just Download the ColorOS 12 CBT 6 and do a local update. Place ColorOS 12 inside internal storage – Go to settings – System update – Tap on Gear icon on the right top corner – Select local update – Select file & wait for Installation to complete.
