MIUI 12 Pilot Testing Program Now Live in India.

Xiaomi recently announced its new Android skin” MIUI 12″ in China. It was only available for beta testing in China and the end-user will be able to experience it from June. MIUI brought a cleaner UI, more privacy, a floating window, and many more features. Xiaomi has now started recruiting users in India for testing out the MIUI 12 Global ROM.

The company made an announcement via MIUI India’s Twitter handle and even posted it on its official forum.MIUI 12 Pilot Testing Program is right now only for Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro users.

In order to apply, you need to join their Telegram group (MIUI Global Stable Beta Testing Recruitment) and fill out the Google form before 9:00 PM on 15th May. The form requires your information like email address, device, and software version info, Telegram ID, and more.

Only select users will be picked for the testing program. The selected users will be added to a separate MIUI 12 Telegram group and will receive special OTA update permission. Certain criteria are there in order to apply for the MIUI 12 testing program.

One has to be an active community member, should have the latest MIUI 11 build installed on your device, and be willing to sign an NDA to take part in the test. One should have knowledge of MIUI and bootloader unlocking and flashing ROMs.
