Known Issues

1. There may be stability and performance issues 2. The wake-up word cannot be entered in the boot navigation interface after flashing

3. No response after clicking “Move” after selecting the file in file management

4. Swipe cannot enter the negative screen

5. Some functions such as split-screen, multi-user, camera, etc. may not be available

normal operation

6. Some functions of international Internet access may not work properly

7. The built-in browser cannot open the webpage

8. Flash the device to the Android 13 developer preview or flash back

After the Android 12 version, the device data will be cleared, please confirm that important data has been backed up
