Now the OnePlus 12R has successfully passed its FCC certification and it’s getting ready for its big reveal on January 23. This much-awaited event will also feature the launch of the OnePlus 12.

The FCC certification is a big step forward. It not only confirms the launch date but also gives us a sneak peek into what the OnePlus 12R will bring to the table. The details from the certification include the model number CPH2611, the latest Android 14-based OxygenOS 14, and it will have a 5500 mAh battery.

At this point, there’s not much left to guess about the OnePlus 12R. It’s essentially the global version of the Ace 3, which was recently released in China. This means we already have a good idea of its features and capabilities.

The OnePlus 12R comes with a 6.78-inch LTPO4 OLED screen with a resolution of 1240×2772 pixels. It has a 120Hz maximum refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming. Under the hood, the device is powered by the robust Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, and it can come with up to 16GB of RAM.

Camera-wise, the OnePlus 12R doesn’t disappoint. It has a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP f/1.8 wide lens, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide lens, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 16MP front-facing camera. The phone’s 5,500mAh battery supports 100W fast charging, ensuring quick recharge times.

So OnePlus 12R is coming along with OnePlus 12 on January 23. In India, fans of OnePlus can get their hands on the 12R exclusively through Amazon.
