Oneplus 9RT has already been in the Closed Beta testing Stage. Meanwhile, There is OxygenOS 12.1 Closed Beta available Now. Xda member, Developer  YUZE WU whom we know very well Shared this file as She got it.  she didn’t sign any NDA.

We recommend users not flash this. This is only for testing purposes. There is no other way you can come back to OxygenOS 11.3. You will be stuck at this Build until Open Beta. The Alpha version is not for general release. Alpha versions of any OS will have issues and features that don’t work properly.
