In the last month, OnePlus added a new smartphone to the Nord lineup, the OnePlus Nord 3. Now the company is asking those users who have purchased the device to share their experiences and thoughts about it.

Basically, the company is reaching out to customers through the survey to find out what is working fine, what is not, and what could be better. Technically, they want feedback from users who are genuinely satisfied with the device.
