Files required to Install Pixel Experience 12 on Oneplus 6 & 6T 

• Make sure the phone bootloader is unlocked, If not aware about unlocking the bootloader here is the Video Guide
• Download Pixel Experience 12: Download
• Platform Tools: Download
• Google Camera 8.1 for Pixel Experience: Download

Steps to Install Pixel Experience on Oneplus 6 & 6T

1. Better remove the password from the phone Those who have TWRP recovery can skip steps 2 and step 3. Oneplus 6T TWRP version you should use mentioned TWRP version. For clean install coming from different ROM no need to flash .img file, Img file only for those who don’t have TWRP like recovery in a phone right now.
2. Go to fastboot and fastboot flash boot twrp.img(for your device) and reboot to recovery
3. From recovery flash TWRP zip (for your device)
4. Reboot to recovery format data because A12 has encryption issues
5. Flash oos11.1.2.2
6. Flash ROM zip
7. Flash finalize ( get it from here (Download)
8. Flash TWRP zip( use mentioned TWRP only )
9. Flash disable verity zip (get it from here (Download)
10. Format data and reboot the system
