After launching its 10.4-inch Realme Pad tablet late last year, Realme unveiled a tiny and toned-down version of the device in India last month. The firm is preparing to offer another tablet with 5G compatibility, and it has now been formally teased, implying that the launch will take place shortly. Realme VP Teases New Realme Pad

In a Weibo post, Realme’s VP Xu Qi (and even Realme) publicly teased the upcoming tablet. The business referred to the upcoming Realme Pad tablet as “the king of tablets” in the post, implying that it will be one of the cheapest Snapdragon 870-powered tablets on the market.

To recall, the first Realme Pad was powered by an Helio G80 SoC. As a result, we anticipate that the future model will be significantly more powerful than its predecessor and provide superior performance.

Earlier this month, the popular Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station indicated that Realme is planning to offer a 5G version of its Realme Pad tablet, which was released last year with high-end capabilities and a Snapdragon 870 CPU. According to the tip, the tablet would include a 2.5K LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and stylus capability to compete with the forthcoming Xiaomi Pad 5.

The Realme Pad 5G (not the official name) is reportedly rumoured to include an 8,360mAh battery, which is much larger than the 7,100mAh battery in last year’s edition. As a result, the smartphone is projected to have a longer battery life than its predecessor and, as the name suggests, will enable 5G networks.

Although other specifics regarding the device are presently unknown, Realme is anticipated to unveil the new Realme Pad 5G in China before the end of this month, along with a special Naruto Edition of its latest GT Neo 3 smartphone.
