Realme is rumoured to be launching a new tablet with 5G and a mid-range price soon. Realme ultimately chose to confirm this information with a recent teaser, and the company has now officially disclosed the Realme Pad X’s launch date. It is set to be released on May 26 in China, and here’s what you can anticipate from it.

Realme Pad X Launching Soon

Realme has revealed that Realme Pad X’s launching event will take place on May 26 at 2 p.m. local time, according to a recent Weibo post and an official website page (11:30 am IST). This will be an internet launch.

The company also unveiled its third tablet in all its magnificence. It has a short rectangular rear camera hump with large camera housings, flat sides, and a thin bezel-less display. It’s depicted in neon green with a checker design on one side of the back panel, similar to the Realme GT Neo 3. Stylus support has also been announced, and it appears to be the renamed Oppo Pad.

In fact, the Realme Pad X’s rumoured spec sheet confirms this. The new tablet is reported to be powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset and to include an 8,360mAh battery, similar to the Oppo Pad. This is hardly surprising given that this is a prevalent practice. Also read, Realme Pad 5G will Feature Snapdragon 870 SoC and 120Hz display

Other features to anticipate include a 2.5K LCD panel with support for a 120Hz refresh rate, different RAM+Storage options, fast charging compatibility, and, assuming it is the Oppo Pad in Realme’s guise, a 13MP rear camera with an 8MP front snapper. 5G capability is also included, and the Realme Pad X is expected to be one of the most cheap Snapdragon 870-powered tablets on the market. Furthermore, it will compete with the recently released Xiaomi Pad 5.
