The Tensor G3 chip is quite impressive. It boasts a 9-core CPU which includes a Cortex-X3 prime core that runs at 2.91 GHz 4 Cortex-A715 cores at 2.37GHz and 4 Cortex-A510 cores at 1.7GHz. The chip also comes with a Mali-G715 GPU and 12GB of RAM. This powerful chip is made using Samsung’s 4nm process technology. An added feature is the FO-WLP packaging process which ensures the chip generates less heat and uses power more efficiently than the Tensor G2.
