Since Google pushed Android 12 and its changes to AOSP, ROM developers have hit the ground running, and for selected hardware, you can now get a taste of the latest OS upgrade. Having access to the publicly available Android 12 source code was always going to accelerate any ROM development.

Installation Guide of Pixel Experience 12 On Nord

• Unlock Bootloader: Watch Video
• Download Platform-tools: Download
• Download Pixel 12 Rom & Recovery: Download
• Unzip platform tools and Place Rom & Recovery image in the platform tool
• Later open a command prompt in the platform tool
• Connect the device to PC & First flash recovery by giving Command: fastboot boot (recovery name).img
• Once the phone boots into recovery select Install via Adb in recovery
• On Pc give command Adb sideload (Rom file name).zip & hit enter
• Wait for the installation process to complete & format data and reboot.

Prerequisite : 

• Adb Driver or Platform tool: Download Adb driver // Platform-tools
• Unlocked Bootloader
• Custom Recovery
