Finally, WhatsApp is Available on Wear OS

WhatsApp is a chat app used for chatting and exchange of messages between users. Till now, this app is only available for Android, iOS, and Desktop. But from now it supports Wear OS. You can now use WhatsApp in the most recent version of Wear OS. Wear OS is an OS / Operating System that was designed by Google for Smartwatches and other wearables.

WhatsApp is Finally available for Wear OS Smartphones like Google’s Pixel Watch and Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 5. But for now, it is only available in Beta. So, only the users who registered for the beta can use the app for now. Users can now be able to listen and record voice messages on their wrists like Android, iOS, and Desktop.

How to Download WhatsApp on Wear OS?

• As we know, WhatsApp is Available on Wear OS. To Download WhatsApp on Pixel Watch or Galaxy Watch 5. You need to apply for the WhatsApp Beta Program. After that, you have to wait till you got the WhatsApp Beta Status on your phone.
• Install the app.
• After Installing, open it on Pixel Watch or Galaxy Watch 5. Then, you will see 8 digit pairing code on your phone. Below you will see an option of Confirm. Click on it.
• After Paring you will see Wear OS among your Linked devices on the phone.

Wear OS WhatsApp comes with some Additional Features

For Wear OS, Developers add some extra Features. Such as Complication support. Whenever you edit a Watch face. There you can pick the WhatsApp Complication. This WhatsApp complication shows the no. of unread chats and WhatsApp

Voice Message Support Feature also Available in Whatsapp Wear OS

We can play the voice message at the speed of  1x, 1.5x, or 2x on speaker. Even if our screen is off or when we exit WhatsApp on our Smartwatch. We can record, reply or delete a voice message if we want. It can enhance the user experience of the Wear OS users.
