How to Root Oneplus Nord complete guide Unlock Bootloader & Rooting.

Rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones, tablets and other devices running the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as root access) over various Android subsystems.

Oneplus have great support of custom Rom’s which requires root access but after the update of Oxygen OS 10.0 on Oneplus devices Rooting have become difficult but any one can root oneplus NORD with the help of below guide.

Prerequisite :

• • A Windows PC.
  • ADB Drivers XDA : Download.
  • Oneplus Nord Running Android 10.
  • Magisk XDA : Download.
  • Boot Image : OOS 10.5.9 Boot Image (IN)

If you can extract boot image than just download the files of Oxygen OS latest version and extract latest boot Image from : Xda Repo of Oxygen OS builds.

Steps : 

1.Once done, enable developers options and enable OEM unlock.

3.Type fastboot oem unlock and accept to unlock bootloader (warning: as a safety measure Android will wipe your userdata)

4.Go through OxygenOS setup.

5.Install Magisk Manager
6.Move stock boot.img to your phone internal storage

7.Open Magisk

8.Click on Install
9.Choose “Select and patch a file”
10.Select your stock boot.img
11.Wait until Magisk patches your boot.img, and once patched it can be found in the Downloads folder
12.Copy that patched boot.img (which should be named magisk_patched.img) to your computer
13.Boot into fastboot again
14.Type fastboot getvar current-slot into your terminal window and press Enter.
If the output is a , type fastboot flash boot_a magisk_patched.img into your terminal window and press Enter.
If the output is b , type fastboot flash boot_b magisk_patched.img into your terminal window and press Enter.
15.Reboot to OxygenOS
