Motorola has launched the Moto Edge 30 in India, as promised, after introducing it to the worldwide market lately. The Moto Edge 30 is a mid-range brother to the high-end Moto Edge 30 Pro, but don’t let that fool you; it still has a lot to offer in terms of specs and functionality. Here’s a quick rundown of the specifics.

Moto Edge 30: Specifications and Features

The specs sheet isn’t surprising given that the Moto Edge 30 was already released worldwide. To summarise, this smartphone is claimed to be the world’s thinnest 5G smartphone, measuring just 6.79mm thick. It is also incredibly light, at only 155 grams. A 6.5-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and DCI P3 colour gamut is included with the device. Amazon HDR playback is also supported.

It runs Android 12 with the My UX 3.0 skin from the company on top.

A 50MP main camera with Quad Pixel Technology and OIS support, a 50MP ultra-wide lens with PDAF and Macro Vision compatibility, and a 2MP depth sensor round out the camera department. A 32-megapixel front camera is also included. Night Vision, Dual Capture, Portrait mode, Face Beauty, 4K video recording, slow-motion videos, and more are among the camera’s features.

Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, twin stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a USB Type-C connector, and IP52 water and dust resistance are among the other features. Moto gestures, a dedicated Google Assistant button, 13 5G bands, and more are all included in the Moto Edge 30. It’s available in Meteor Grey and Aurora Green.
