Nothing Company Teases Upcoming Nothing Phone (2) Launch in Summer 2023

Nothing Company, the London-based consumer tech startup founded by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, recently made a tweet regarding its upcoming smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2), which is set to launch in the summer of 2023. While the tweet did not specify an exact launch date, it did provide a brief glimpse of the phone’s design and some of its features.

The tweet included a 3-second video teaser that showed the Nothing Phone (2) in white color, with a new red indicator that is different from the Phone (1). The red indicator, which was previously in the form of a dot circle, now appears as a straight line. However, the teaser only showed a part of the phone’s design and did not reveal the entire look.

Based on the previous launch pattern of Nothing Company, we can expect the Nothing Phone (2) to launch in the month of July 2023. Last year, the company launched its first smartphone, Nothing Phone (1), on July 12, 2022.

The Nothing Phone (2) is said to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 395 PPI. The phone is also rumored to come with a triple-camera setup at the back, with each camera having a 50 MP sensor. The front camera is expected to be a 32 MP sensor.

In terms of battery, the Nothing Phone (2) is said to come with a 4,700mAh battery with support for fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
