Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1 rolling out for Oneplus 8 & 8 Pro with new CANVAS feature & October Security Patch.
Last month, Oneplus announced Android 11 Developer Preview 4 based on OxygenOS 11 For Oneplus 8 and 8 Pro.Oxygen OS 11 Developer Preview 4 brought Gaming tool box & tons of bug fixes.
Oneplus is also Rolling out Beta updates for Oneplus 8 Series with new additions and lots of Bug fixes Latest Beta as of date is Oxygen OS Open Beta 3 for Oneplus 8 & 8 pro.
But today we have another update for Oneplus 8 & 8 pro for the stable channel which is Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1.
Oneplus 8T have already received a couple of stable Oxygen OS 11 as it came out of the box with Oxygen OS 11 recently Oneplus 8T got the new update of Oxygen OS 11.0.1.2.
The latest Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1 OTA update for OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro features several system improvements including optimization to frame stability algorithm for a smoother experience. It also optimized adaptive brightness algorithm and background process management to improve standby-by performance. OOS 11.0.1.1 also features a newer Android Security Patch from October 2020. Most importantly, quick setting has been adjusted to three lines now.
The Ambient Display feature in OnePlus 8 series added Canvas feature that can automatically draw a wireframe picture based on a lock screen photo on your phone. You can access it from Settings > Customization > Wallpaper > Canvas.
Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1 features and changelog:

- Optimized Wi-Fi connection to improve stability of connectivity
- Bluetooth
- Optimized Wi-Fi connection to reduce transfer delay
- Fixed the low probability issue that it was muted after connecting to Bluetooth
