Oxygen OS 11.0.2.1 for Oneplus 7 series.

After almost two months OnePlus started rolling out a new update for oneplus 7 series.

Last month Oneplus announced a final open beta for the Oneplus 7 series which was Oxygen OS open beta 5. The update size is 345MB. The update brought May Android Security Patch along with another system, phone, network, and gallery optimization.

Now Oneplus comes with a new update which is Oxygen OS 11.0.2.1 for the Oneplus 7 series which brings a few improvements to the system along with Reduced Power consumption and improved overheating control management.

Changelogs of Oxygen OS 11.0.2.1

System

• Reduced Power consumption
• Improved overheating control management
• Fixed the issue of not being able to play high-definition videos on some video platforms
• Upgraded Android Security Patch to 2021.06

File Manager

• Fixed the crash issue of the application

Camera

• Fixed the issue that the camera is blurred when shooting on fullscreen size
• Improved the stability

Phone

• Optimized the dialpad UI display effect

This OTA will have a staged rollout. The OTA will be received by a limited number of users today and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs.
