Recently Oneplus also started Recruitment of ColorOS12 Close beta testing, We might see the first ColorOS 12 open beta Oneplus by the End of Next month & followed by Stable version of ColorOS 12 next year.

But Soon after ColorOS 12 Close beta started, ColorOS 12 first CBT file have been leaked for both Oneplus 8 pro & 8T and now files are all around the Internet, Check out the below screenshots from Oneplus 8 PRO.
