Oneplus software team is very excited to share with you the first Android 13 Beta as part of the Developer Preview Program for the OnePlus 10 Pro. During this time, they have been working tirelessly to provide all OnePlus 10 Pro users with an early opportunity to experience the latest version of Android.
This build of Android 13 is best suited for developers and other advanced users. By providing access to Android 13 at an early stage, app developers and other early adopters in our community are able to start creating even better software experiences. That said, we do not recommend flashing this ROM if you have little to no experience in software development, if you expect to use the device as a daily driver, or if you have no experience flashing custom ROMs.
Known Issues
- All data will be cleared while flashing the build or rolling to Android 12
- Some issues with system stability and performance
- Unable to access Shelf
- Unable to move the documents in My Files
- Some apps may not function as expected
- Unable to record voice to active Voice awake on Start-up navigation page
- Some features of ORoaming may not function as expected
Caution!
You should understand there is a risk of BRICKING your phone, read the instructions carefully and be 100% sure of what you are doing. Please always backup your important data before flashing.
Please note:
- These instructions are only for the OnePlus 10 Pro. Please make sure the battery level is above 30% and a minimum 4GB of storage space is available.
- Carrier version devices (TMO/VZW) aren’t compatible with the Developer Preview builds.

How to Install OxygenOS 13 DP1 for Oneplus 10 Pro
- Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
- Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.
- Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
- Go back Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.
- After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
- Update successful.
North America And Global Versions
- Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
- Copy the Upgrade package to the phone storage.
- Install this apk. You’ll need it to update. Then, open the app -> tap the top-right gear icon -> find the upgrade package and tap it -> wait to finish the installation -> tap reboot
- After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
- Update successful.
This is an early Android 13 build to give developers an early chance to test their apps with an upcoming Android version. As such, its main purpose is not to collect bugs. If you want to provide feedback about any bugs you face with this build, you can use the official built-in feedback tool by Google.

The Substack TV app represents a major evolution for the platform as it moves beyond newsletters into long-form video and livestreaming. With the Substack TV app now available on Apple TV and Google TV, creators can reach audiences in a more immersive, living-room viewing experience while maintaining their subscription-based model.
