Upthrust BGMI Diwali Battle 2023 LAN Finale

Upthrust Esports is hosting a Battlegrounds (BGMI) LAN event “Upthrust BGMI Diwali Battle 2023 LAN Finale” which is scheduled for November 7 and 8. The BGMI Diwali Battle Finale is a tournament where the best mobile game players come to win. The winner will take Rs 5 Lakhs at home though the prize pool is Rs 35 Lakh.

The event is happening at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium. The Skyesports Championship 5.0 Finale was concluded just two days ago and the winning team was Blind Esports.

The road to the grand finals was tough for the teams as over a thousand teams played in the first round on October 14 and 15. Only four teams made it to the next round, the quarterfinals. Then, from October 17 to 22 the semifinals happened. Now, we have the top 16 teams ready to play in the final games.

People can watch Upthrust BGMI Diwali Battle 2023 LAN Finale live from 2 pm. The games will be live on the Upthrust Esports YouTube channel and Rooter.

The 16 teams that will play in the Upthrust BGMI Diwali Battle 2023 LAN Finale:

  5. Revenant Esports

  7. Blind Esports
  8. Orangutan Gaming
  9. Global Esports
  10. Team Tamilas

  13. OR Esports
  14. Gujarat Tigers
  15. Entity Gaming
  16. Psyche

These teams will play 14 games over three different maps. The maps and order are Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and then Erangel again. Teams play one game on each map every day.

Some teams to watch are Blind Esports and Revenant Esports. Blind Esports won another big event recently. They also did well in two other important tournaments. Revenant Esports came second in the big Skyesports event. Other strong teams like Gladiators Esports and GodLike Esports will also be playing.

Now let’s see which team takes the crown in this Lan tournament. People are very excited about this as Team Soul, Godlike Esports, and Team XSpark are playing and these have the largest fanbase.

BMPS 2025 Format Explained: Dates, Stages, and Prize Pool

The Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series BMPS 2025 is one of the biggest BGMI tournaments of the year. It will run from May 22 to July 6, 2025, and will feature 96 teams fighting for a huge Rs 2 crore prize pool. The first few rounds will be played online, while the Grand Finals will be held offline in Delhi.

This is the fourth season of BMPS. Teams have received invitations based on their performance in previous official events. BMPS 2025 follows the recently held BGIS 2025, which took place in March and April.

BMPS 2025 Tournament Format

BMPS 2025 will be held in six stages, ending with the Grand Finals. After each stage, only the best-performing teams will move forward. Here’s how the tournament will unfold:

BMPS 2025 Format

Round 1 (May 22 – June 3, 2025)

The 96 invited teams will be divided into six groups. These groups will be shuffled every three days. Each team will play 12 matches during this round.

  • Top 8 teams: Advance directly to Semifinals Week 1
  • Teams ranked 9th to 16th: Move to Round 3
  • Teams ranked 17th to 80th: Go to Round 2
  • Teams ranked 81st to 96th: Eliminated

Round 2 (June 5 – 8, 2025)

In this round, the 64 teams ranked 17th to 80th from Round 1 will compete. These teams will be divided into four groups. Each group will play six matches.

  • Top 40 teams: Move to Round 3
  • Remaining 24 teams: Eliminated

Round 3 (June 9 – 12, 2025)

The 40 teams from Round 2 and the 8 teams ranked 9th to 16th from Round 1 will play in this round. A total of 48 teams will be divided into three groups, and each team will play 8 matches.

  • Top 24 teams: Move to Semifinals Week 1
  • Rest of the teams: Eliminated

Semifinals Week 1 (June 14 – 17, 2025)

This round will feature 32 teams (24 from Round 3 + 8 from Round 1). The teams will be split into four groups and will follow a Round-Robin format. Each team will play 12 matches.

  • Top 8 teams: Qualify directly for the Grand Finals
  • Remaining 24 teams: Go to Semifinals Week 2

Semifinals Week 2 (June 19 – 22, 2025)

The 24 remaining teams will be divided into three groups. Each team will compete in 16 matches.

  • Top 8 teams: Qualify for the Grand Finals
  • Bottom 16 teams: Eliminated

Grand Finals (July 4 – 6, 2025) – Delhi

The top 16 teams (8 from each Semifinal Week) will compete in the Grand Finals, which will be held offline in Delhi. These teams will play 18 matches over three days to fight for the championship title and the Rs 2 crore prize pool.

BMPS 2025 promises to be a thrilling BGMI tournament filled with intense matches and tough competition. With 96 of the best teams in India, fans can expect non-stop action from start to finish. Stay tuned as the tournament begins on May 22.

BGIS 2024 Grand Finals Day 1 Overall Points Table, Match Winners, and Short Overview

Team Soul took the point table lead with 58 points after the first day of the BGIS 2024 Grand Finals. Global Esports closely followed, securing second place with 54 points thanks to a strong performance in the day’s final match. Team XSpark displayed consistent gameplay across six matches, tying for second with 54 points. FS Esports also did good, capturing fourth place with 46 points.

Venom and Team Insane secured the fifth and sixth positions with 44 and 37 points. Reckoning Gaming found themselves in seventh place with 36 points, just ahead of Team 8Bit who finished the day with 34 points. Team Aaru and Team Tamilas rounded out the top ten with 29 and 27 points. Both Carnival and MOGO ended the day with 21 points each.

Short Overview of Day 1 Matches

Match 1 – Erangel

Venom Gaming dominated the Erangel map, scoring 21 points. Team members Venom and Fantom made significant contributions with four and three kills. Team Insane followed with 15 points, and Team Soul started the finals with 12 points. Both MOGO and Team Tamilas were knocked out early, failing to score.

Match 2 – Miramar

Technical issues prevented the display of results, but FS Esports, Carnival, and Team XSpark were noted as top performers. Team Soul, Venom, and Aaru Gaming struggled in this round.

Match 3 – Sanhok

Team Tamilas finally gets their first Chicken Dinner of the finals with a patient strategy that earned them 15 points. FS Esports continued their strong showing with 14 points and MOGO added 13 points to their tally. Team Aaru took an aggressive approach to secure 10 points, while Reckoning and Soul both managed seven points each.

Match 4 – Vikendi

Team Soul showcased their skills with a 25-point Chicken Dinner. Team members Nakul, Rony, and Spower eliminated seven, four, and four opponents respectively. FS Esports earned another 13 points and Global Esports added 11 points to their score.

Match 5 – Miramar

Team 8Bit made a significant comeback, winning the map with a 22-point Chicken Dinner. Venom and Team XSpark followed with 14 and 11 points. MOGO and Soul each secured six points, while Team Tamilas, Insane, and Team Aaru each managed five points.

Match 6 – Erangel

In a dramatic end to Day 1, Global Esports staged an impressive comeback to win with 25 points. NinjaBoi from Global Esports played very well, securing seven eliminations. Team Aaru, Raven, and Reckoning also performed well, scoring 13, 12, and 11 points respectively. Team Soul, despite a slower game, added seven points.

NinjaBoi from Global Esports became the MVP for BGIS 2024 Grand Finals Day 1.

Blind Esports Wins the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023

Blind Esports BMPS 2023 Winner

Blind Esports has won the big Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) of 2023. This is a big win for them because they have been playing well all year but hadn’t won a big tournament until now. They played very well in the Pro Series and won Rs 40 lakh.

In the earlier rounds, Blind Esports came in second. They kept this up in the finals, starting in second place on the first day. On the second day, they played even better. By the third day, they were on top and stayed there. They finished the tournament with 249 points from 18 games. Spower from their team was the best player in the tournament.

BMPS 2023 Grand Finals Overall Standings

Gladiator Esports also did really well, coming in second with 221 points. They started off okay, but got better and better. They were in second place by the second day and stayed there until the end.

Insane Esports got third place with 176 points. They were fifth at first, got better on the second day, and ended up third. Insane Aadi was named the best team leader in the tournament.

Entity Gaming, who were leading after the first day, ended up fourth. Team Soul, who many people like and who won last time, did much better on the third day and came in fifth with 158 points.

8BitXCS was sixth. Glitch Reborn, a team not many expected to do well, came in seventh. Numen Gaming finished ninth. Team XSpark, who looked good at first, ended up eleventh. Team Psyche was sixteenth.

This BMPS 2023 tournament was really exciting and showed how good the teams are at playing BGMI.
