Redmi Note 9 Series India Launch Date Set for March 12.

Redmi Note 9 series is set to launch in India on March 12 and it will be sold via Amazon. Xiaomi has started teasing the launch through its social media channels and sent a media invite.

Manu Kumar Jain has tweeted on his Twitter handle about the launch of Redmi Note 9. The Redmi Note 9 series will come with a quad rear camera setup. The phones appear to have a square-shaped camera setup similar to Huawei Mate 20 Pro.

In the tweet, Manu Kumar Jain also stated-“#ProCamerasMaxPerformance is going to be nothing like you’ve seen before”. The company has also signed Ranveer Singh to promote the upcoming series. Earlier today, Ranveer released a small video on Twitter asking Manu Kumar Jain about the release of the Redmi Note 9 lineup.

Manu Kumar Jain responded by posting an image showing off a handful of Redmi devices. The phones in the image are- Redmi K20 Pro, Note 8 Pro, and Redmi 1S. Apart from this, there was one phone which was partially hidden under the newspaper, and that’s likely to be the Redmi Note 9 model.

Unfortunately, the image reveals very little about the device. Redmi Note 9 will feature a headphone jack, USB-C port, and a speaker grill at the bottom. We can also see that the phone has a glossy back in a gradient blue shade.

The promotional campaign for the Redmi 9 series has officially started and we can expect more updates about the device in the coming days.
