Supervooc fast charging

There are many mobile phone companies in the industry with different charging technologies for their devices. Companies like OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, and iQOO are using charging with different names, like (SuperVOOC – Oppo, OnePlus, Realme), (FlashCharge – Vivo, IQOO), and (HyperCharge – Xiaomi). SUPERVOOC charging technology is one of the greatest charging technologies in the industry and it is a fast-charging technology.

SuperVOOC is a proprietary fast charging technology developed by OPPO. It stands for “Voltage Open Loop Multi-step Constant-Current Charging” and is known for its incredibly fast charging speeds. The methods that make SuperVOOC the ultimate charging technology.

High Speeds: SuperVOOC offers some of the fastest charging speeds in the industry. The latest iteration, 240W SuperVOOC, can fully charge a 4500mAh battery in just 9 minutes!

Multi-step Charging: SuperVOOC uses a multi-step charging process to optimize charging speed and protect battery health. It involves applying different voltage and current levels throughout the charging cycle.

Low Temperature Rise: SuperVOOC technology is designed to minimize heat generation during charging, ensuring safety and extending battery lifespan.

Battery Health Protection: OPPO has implemented several features to protect battery health with SuperVOOC, such as Battery Health Engine (BHE). BHE helps the battery maintain 80% of its original capacity after 1600 charge cycles, exceeding industry standards and the battery can long upto 4 years

Safety: SuperVOOC technology is certified by various safety standards to ensure safe and reliable charging.

Coming to another reliable charging technology that is used by Vivo & IQOO is FlashCharge Vivo is another smartphone manufacturer at the forefront of fast charging technology with its FlashCharge solution. It also contains many key factors to make it reliable

High Speeds: Vivo offers several FlashCharge options with varying speeds. The latest, 200W Ultra-Fast FlashCharge, can charge a 4000mAh battery to 100% in just 10 minutes!

Multi-step Charging: Similar to SuperVOOC, FlashCharge utilizes a multi-step charging process to optimize speed and battery health.

Safety: Vivo implements various safety measures, such as Type-C to Type-C cables and multiple layers of protection within the charger and phone, to ensure safe and reliable charging.

Battery Health: Vivo’s battery health initiatives include intelligent algorithms that adjust charging parameters based on usage patterns and low-temperature charging to minimize heat and extend battery life.

Coming next is the HyperCharge technology by Xiaomi. Xiaomi is one of the brands to provide high charging speeds. It also contains many various key features which also make it reliable in the industry. Xiaomi’s HyperCharge technology is a leading contender in the race for ever-faster smartphone charging. It boasts impressive speeds, innovative features, and a focus on safety and battery health

Unmatched Speeds: HyperCharge offers some of the fastest charging speeds in the industry. The latest iteration, 210W HyperCharge, can charge a 5000mAh battery to 100% in just 8 minutes!

Multi-Charge Pump Technology: This technology allows for parallel charging paths, significantly increasing current intake and reducing charging time.
MTW Technology: This innovative battery design reduces internal resistance and enables faster charging with lower heat generation.

Safety: Xiaomi implements various safety features, including a dedicated charging chip, multiple layers of protection, and real-time temperature monitoring, to ensure safe and reliable charging.

Battery Health: Xiaomi’s battery health initiatives include smart algorithms that adjust charging parameters based on usage patterns and optimized charging profiles to extend battery lifespan.

Finally, all these Charging technologies from the companies are touching new heights with most upgrades every year with safety measures and charging speeds as well.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 Could Be the First Foldable with Exynos 2500 Chip

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7

Samsung is getting ready to launch its new foldable phones – the Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7 – in early July. There has been some confusion about which processor the Flip7 will use, but a new report now says it’s likely to feature the Exynos 2500 chip.

This is big news because the Exynos 2500 was originally planned for the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. However, Samsung faced problems producing enough of these chips, so it had to switch to the Snapdragon 8 Elite for the S25 lineup.

Now it seems those production issues have been solved, or Samsung is okay with using the Exynos chip in the Flip7 since it will likely sell in smaller numbers compared to the S-series phones.

If the rumor is true, the Galaxy Z Flip7 will be the first Samsung foldable to use an Exynos processor. The report says the Exynos 2500 will be used in most regions, including India and South Korea, while the Snapdragon 8 Elite might only be used in China and North America.

The Exynos 2500 is a powerful chip with ten CPU cores, including:

  • 1 Cortex-X925 core (up to 3.3 GHz)
  • 2 Cortex-A725 cores (up to 2.75 GHz)
  • 5 Cortex-A725 cores (up to 2.36 GHz)
  • 2 Cortex-A520 cores (up to 1.8 GHz)

It also comes with a new Xclipse 950 GPU, built using AMD’s latest RDNA 3.5 technology.

While this is still based on leaks, it’s exciting to see Samsung bring its Exynos chips back into the spotlight—especially in a foldable phone.

Honor 400 Series Android Updates

Honor is making headlines with a bold commitment to long-term software support for its upcoming smartphone lineup. The brand has officially confirmed that the Honor 400 series—including the Honor 400, Honor 400 Pro, and Honor 400 Lite—will receive six years of Android updates, a major leap forward in the mid-range Android market.

With this move, Honor is joining the growing list of smartphone manufacturers focused on improving software longevity. Consumers have become increasingly aware of the importance of update policies, especially as they keep their devices longer than before. By offering extended support through 2031, Honor is responding to this demand head-on.

Notably, all three models in the Honor 400 lineup are also set to receive the Android 16 update by the end of 2025. This puts Honor ahead of many brands that often delay major updates for non-flagship models. It also shows the company’s focus on delivering timely features and security patches across the board—not just for premium devices.

While brands like Google and Samsung are currently offering seven years of Android updates for select high-end phones, Honor is not far behind. In fact, the company is already experimenting with a similar approach through its Magic7 series, which has entered the Android 16 Beta phase. That device is also scheduled to get the final Android 16 build later this year, hinting at a future where Honor’s flagship models may rival the best in the industry for long-term software coverage.

This broader strategy signals a clear shift in Honor’s priorities. Instead of focusing solely on hardware, the brand is now emphasizing the software experience and long-term value. This is a smart move, especially in a competitive market where consumers are looking for phones that will remain reliable and secure for years.
