The tweet that was done by the user has reached the Nothing Support team. After the tweet, the company asks the user for the IMEI number, Build Number, and Software version. After that company takes the phone by courier as said by the user. The phone got damaged by the company and now, the company is demanding an amount of 15K for replacing the Display. But according to the user, the phone doesn’t have any physical or water damage and it is still under warranty.

As the company charged 15K for the Display. The user has done a complaint in consumer court. The screenshots of the case are also provided below

We have also done a tweet based on the issue. So, that the issue of the user got resolved as soon as possible. Nothing has to replace the Display free of cost as the lines, as well as the dead pixel on the bottom right corner of the display, come on the Display after updating the Phone (1) to Nothing OS 1.5.6. The user is not responsible for the Lines or Dead Pixel Issue on the Display. Hope Nothing India solves this issue as soon as possible.

If we got any other updates regarding this, we will update in article soon.
